Who do I contact if I have a question?
Please contact us with any questions or issues that come up. While there is a front desk, the resort does not manage our condo.
How do I access the villa?
The villa is accessible via elevator and has a digital keypad lock for easy access without worry of losing or forgetting a key.
Do we have access to the resort amenities?
Yes, you have access to the amenties offered by the resort as a guest in our villa.
Is there a Swimming Pool?
You will find a heated swimming pool and spa at the resort with easy access from our condo. Pool hours are 7am – 11pm daily.
What amentities are located at the resort?
The resort offers great amenities including; heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, fitness center, billiards, foosball, business center, gift shop, and DVD rentals.
How far is the Condo from Disney and Universal Studios?
Our condo is conveniently located 6 – 11 miles from the Disney parks. Universal is approximately 19 miles on I-4.
How can I get from the Orlando International Airport to the Condo?
The condo is located approximately 27 miles from the Orlando airport. The quickest route to the condo is 528 W (toll) to 4W to 192 W. FL-528 is a toll road with cash lanes available.
What if we need to cancel our reservation?
We offer a full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Do we need to clean before leaving?
While we have professional cleaners that will clean and disinfect the villa, we ask that you do not leave a mess. Trash can be taken down to the first floor bins and any dishes can be placed in the dishwasher.
Do you supply coffee?
We offer a few K-cups for the Keurig to start with but you may need to purchase more.
What items do you supply?
We provide many of the essentials, including sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, dishes, glasses, flatware, pots/pans, dish soap, etc. Additionally, there are starter bathroom items such as shampoo, soap, and toilet paper.
Can I bring my pet?
While we know pets are like family members, we cannot allow any pets in the villa.
